Housekeeping
I updated the look around here last night, mostly color and some text changes. The standard version of this site should look nicer on smartphones too, but if you need a mobile or iPhone/iPod version for some strange reason, the links are on the bottom of every page.

O Christmas Tree
The Christmas tree is, on its face, an absurd and brutal concept. You take this perfectly good tree, cut it down, put it in your house, keep it barely alive in a small pit of water, decorate it, watch it decay as you put gifts under it, and finally toss it curbside around the end of December.
I’ll be getting mine this weekend.
